Obituary
Timothy Horwood was born on March 25, 1960 in Canada. As a child Tim and his family moved to Santa Ana, California where Tim became an accomplished swimmer at Santiago High School. Tim always had a knack for business and sales and pursued a career in hot tub sales throughout his life. In the early 90s Tim met his future wife Monique and stepdaughter Ericka. He began his own hot tub company, LifeSpas, out of their home garage in Mira Loma. The success of LifeSpas and Tim’s salesmanship led the company into its own building in Chino, California and grew to open numerous showrooms and dealerships throughout California and neighboring states. In 2003, while living in Chino Hills, Tim and Monique gave birth to a daughter Alexandria Chanel Horwood. Little Lexi brought the greatest joy to the Horwood family. In recent years the family spent much time in their San Clemente home. In the summer of 2019 Tim, Monique and Lexi permanently moved to their newly purchased home in San Clemente, a move Tim was greatly excited to make with his family as he loved the beach and enjoyed taking trail walks with their dog Gracie. Timothy Horwood passed away on December 3rd, 2019 and will be missed by all who were filled with his laughter and bold spirit.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Inland Hills Church on Saturday, January 18th at 11:00 AM with a reception to follow at Los Serranos Country Club.
Inland Hills Church will be closed to receive flowers on Friday, January 17th. If sending flowers to church please schedule delivery for Saturday, January 18th before 10am. If you would like to send flowers prior to Saturday for Celebration service please send to The Tippett Residence at 5004 Heritage Dr. Chino Hills, Ca 91709.

Always kind and loving, Tim’s face was adorned with his contagious smile. Our family was positively affected by Monique and Tim’s life. We are so thankful that the Christian faith that we share will one day bring us all back into fellowship! Until then, our Savior catches every tear and holds Monique, Ericka and Lexi close to the beating heart of God! Sam and I are weeping with you all…
