Obituary

Thomas E. Myers
02/06/65 ~ 01/09/19

Born in Inglewood, CA

Resided in Mission Viejo, CA

Thomas E. Myers was a selfless, dedicated and loving husband, son, brother, nephew and friend. He married the love of his life Margie (Margarita) Myers on May 24, 1998 and they spent a short 21 years together.  He will be missed every day, but his love and legacy will never be forgotten.

Thomas was born February 6, 1965 to Ann Marie Myers (Kautzman) and Thomas George Myers in Inglewood, CA.  He moved to Mission Viejo at the age of 14 where he lived until his passing.  Thomas had many hobbies, one of his favorites was being a HAM Radio operator, he had his General License and his call sign K6PET is now silenced.  Thomas also loved taking road trips and traveling the country, the place he loved to visit the most was Colorado where he and Margie planned on retiring.  He loved music, movies, and really loved his 4 legged kidz, Sami and Bert.

Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Thomas George Myers.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Myers of Mission Viejo, CA; mother, Ann Marie Myers of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sister Cheryl Hughes, niece Nicole Ledbetter, and great nieces Caitlyn Abshire, Keirstin Ledbetter and Jyllian Ledbetter from Medford, OR; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Per Thomas’ wishes, he will be cremated.  Family is asking that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in his memory.

Rest in peace my beloved, you are in a better place … I LOVE YOU, until we are together again.

John 14:1-4 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.

    Tom,
It was a distinct pleasure to call you brother in law. From the first time I met you I was struck by how mild mannered and quiet you were. It was so obvious how much you and Margie cared for each other and how you both loved your dogs. I will miss you but you are on to your next journey.

My deepest condolences to you all.
