Thomas was born in Long Beach California to George and Irene Bartlow.

He worked for Toyota for 35 years. The last 20 years he worked for Puente Hills Toyota and had a wonderful working relationship with everyone employed there.

Thomas had a great love for antique clocks, cars old and new, mountain bike riding, deep sea fishing and vacationing in Cambria, California.

He was a loving and supportive husband to his wife, Diane for 22 years and a wonderful father to his daughter, Holly.

He will be missed by so many people! I am grateful for the time we had and hope he is at peace and finally without pain.
