Teriann "Teri" Lutterloh

Teri was born on May 7, 1945, in South Bend, IN. She passed away on April 11, 2014, surrounded by her family and friends, in her home away from home, the ICU at Saddleback Memorial Hospital in Laguna Hills, CA.

Teri is survived by her husband Ed Lutterloh; daughter Michelle Cook; son Mike Lutterloh; son-in-law Joe Cook; daughter-in-law Kindra Lutterloh; two grandsons, Dakota Cook and Jacob Lutterloh; four granddaughters, Kaitlin Cook, Makenna Lutterloh, Abby Lutterloh and Peyton Lutterloh; and her brother Reg Van Sleet and family.

Teri was a brave and courageous fighter who battled and conquered sickness for years in order to spend every possible moment with her kids and grandkids, becoming a monumental inspiration in their lives. Family and friends of Teri's have said that she was always smiling, that she was a sweet caring person, that she was a heroic fighter, extraordinary, amazing, wonderful, generous, and had a spirit like no other. She was so proud of her kids and grandkids that out of pure will and determination, she persevered in the last years of her life simply because she didn't want to miss anything they were involved in.

A celebration for Teri will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at 7 PM at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
