Obituary
Sylas Lee Robert Born was just 15 weeks old when he left this earth, taken away too soon. He was born and raised in San Clemente, CA. He was our precious son, brother, nephew, grandson, and great-grandson. We will always miss him but we will never forget him.
Sylas is survived by his family: brother James, mother Jacquelyn, father Gregory. Grandparents: Rodney, Stephen, Christine. Great-grandparents: Jim, Sandy, and Gus. Aunts and uncles: Josh, Franklin, Jonathan, Mari Anne, and Micheal.
He was surrounded by a group of loving family friends when he passed: Karen, Katherine, Matthew, Kristen, Matt, Danielle, Kevin, Lauren, Jason, Jeff, and Jessie.

If tears could build a stairway
and thoughts a memory lane

No farewell words were spoken

You were gone before I knew it

Greg, Jacque and James,
Nothing we could say would bring back you precious Sylas or weaken the pain of his absence. Have peace in knowing that he was blessed to have you three as his family, a child couldn’t ask for more. In the short time Sylas was here you established a bond that could never be replaced or forgotten. Our thoughts will be with you always. We love you Sylas.

Dear Born family,
I never met Sylas, but I heard about him, as well as his big brother James, from Lauren, who works with me.
Sylas looks adorable and I am sure he brought much joy to your lives. I am so sorry for your loss and I have been keeping you in my prayers through this difficult time.

I have cherished the memories of Sylas that I have, and will always keep them in my heart. I believe he is in heaven right now With all of our loved ones that are no longer with us. They’re all watching us from above until we can meet again. We love you all so much.
Psalm 22:24 for he has not despised or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.
