  1. Our sympathies to our Shea Cousins in CA. Steve and all of you were so welcoming to your Moriarty cousins from Chicago and Kerry during each of our visits. I remember Steve and Dorothy visiting in Chicago many times and coming for a visit to my Mom and Dad’s house. Steve and I had a nice visit when I was in CA in 2013. He reminded me so much of his Dad which brought back good childhood memories of great uncle Steve for me. We will be thinking of you all.

He was one special man who impacted the lives of many. My family is so blessed to have had him in our lives. He always had a sense of humor and was full of spunk. One thing I will never forget about Poppa was his positivity. He went through life with a smile and always had some good advice to give. He was such an inspiration, and I am so thankful to have had such an amazing role model for a grandfather.

    Dearest Shea Family,

Unfortunately, prior commitments will not allow me or my family to attend the services for Steve.

I met Steve as he was my Dad’s (Gus) Business Partner – but was and continued to be, for me, much more as a most cherished friend and wonderful and giving Advisor throughout the ensuing years – I will miss him with the fondest of memories.

Love and may God Bless you,
    Steve Weiss

    Years go by too fast.
I still want 1 more dinner with you. A burger cooked in a toaster oven, riced potatoes, and home made salad dressing. Followed by ice cream in the recliners.
I remember my great grandfather. We called him Poppa #1. I remember how he walked, spoke,!and smiled. I wish my kids could remember the same about you. We have pictures and videos but it’s not the same.
Thank you for giving me someone to admire.
