Our thoughts and prayers are with you Ilga. Although I never met your Mother, I feel as if I knew her through you. A mother’s greatest contribution to this world is a caring and loving child who can carry on in her name. Your Mother’s light shines through you. We love you – Adela and James

  2. Ilga – I’m so sorry your mother has passed. Thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures, she was a handsome woman! Love, Carol O

  3. Dear Ilga, we are so sorry to hear of your loss. We know how close you two were. I can still remember your mom sharing all of her beautiful water color paintings with me. She was so sweet and loved you so much. Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with during this difficult time.

  4. I met Rita in Key West when she accompanied Ilga on a vacation there. I found her to be a delightful lady! I only wish there had been more time to visit as she certainly had many interesting stories to share. Ilga, you must have some truly warm memories of her and I know you miss her dearly.

  5. Dear Ilga, I am so sorry that you’ve lost your mom. You two shared a lot of memories, that will never leave you. These are beautiful pictures of a special mother and friend.
