Silvano immigrated to the United Sates when he was 16. He completed his education and later served in the United States Army. After his army discharge, he resided in Michigan with his siblings until moving to California in 1969, where he married and raised a family. As Produce Manager for Albertson stores in Southern California for 25 years, Silvano made many lasting friendships which he cherished. Silvano was know to all of his family and friends as a loving, kind, gentle man, and having a heart of gold
