Sara Margaret Marshall Woods

June 8, 1930 – May 21, 2026

Sara Margaret Marshall Woods was blessed with a long and productive life. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David M. Woods. Sara passed away peacefully with family at her bedside.

Sara always enjoyed the company of family and friends! She and David were intentional, about staying in touch. Over the years, they opened their home to many. She also had a full career as a letter carrier, for the US Postal Service.

Sara enjoyed many outdoor activities with her family--going to the beach, kayaking, hiking, camping, off road motorcycle riding and many road trips across the country. In her latter years she enjoyed going on cruises around the world with family and friends. Sara especially had a passion for art. She was a painter and sculptor.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be sorely missed by everyone.

Her memorial service will be held Saturday, July 25th, 10am – at Grace Fellowship Church, located at 3170 Red Hill Ave. Costa Mesa, CA.
