Sandra Louise Nowell, a long time resident of San Clemente and Capistrano Beach, passed away at home on June 23, 2009. Sandra was born August 13, 1949 in Van Nuys, CA. She was the daughter of Richard and Dorothy Sippel of San Fernando Valley, CA. Sandra is survived by her two children, Brett and Allison; brother, Richard and uncle, William Eichenlaub. There will be a Memorial Service Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 11:00am at Capo Beach Calvary Church, 25975 Domingo Ave., Capistrano Beach, CA.
