Sandra Louise Fossen was born in Boston, Massachusetts on December 10, 1933. She later moved to California where she worked for, and retired from, the I.B.E.W., Local 11 after more than 20 years of service.

Sandra spent many of her adult years volunteering for numerous organizations. A few of them were: local precinct polling stations, CHOC Hospital and the O.C. Saddleback Outreach.

Sandra was predeceased by husband Gordon Weaver, husband Lloyd Fossen and daughter Elaine Smith. She is survived by 4 sons, 3 stepsons, 2 stepdaughters, 23 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at O'Connor Mortuary Chapel, Laguna Hills, CA on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
