Obituary
Sandra Ann Handy, 66, of Mission Viejo, passed away September 15, 2013 at her home in Mission Viejo, California. She was born April 9, 1947 in East Liverpool, Ohio, to Will and Lillian Rowley. She married George Handy, and he survives.
Also surviving are her two daughters Kim (Joe) Eudemiller of Huntington Beach, and Michelle (Scott) Sukut of San Juan Capistrano; two granddaughters Sage and Grace; two grandsons Mason and Cole; one brother Will (Sandy) Rowley.
Sandra’s father Will Rowley, mother Lillian Rowley, and brother James Rowley preceded her in death.
Sandra was a longtime resident of Orange County, California where she lived since leaving her childhood home in East Liverpool, Ohio. She graduated from Bolsa Grande High School in 1965. Sandra went on to work in sales and as a personal trainer.
She loved to read, enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sandra and I grew up together as children we only lived a couple miles apart and we spent a lot of time together I loved Sandra as a sister and we had lots of good memories of those days. When she moved to California I was devastated and cried a lot but life goes on and we kept in touch for a long time. but eventually we grew apart as life does go on.. We did not keep in touch as much as we should have as we got older and Got married and went on with our lives But she has always held a special place in my heart.. I wish I could be there today to say my good byes but I plan on seeing her again in Heaven.. God bless you all and know we will be praying for you…Linda Howell Mosbey
