Ruth Louise Danskin passed away at 91 years of age on Saturday, January 30th in her home of 3 years, the Regency Senior Assisted Living Facility in Laguna Woods.

She was born Ruth Louise Kennedy and raised in Los Angeles, California. She attended Bret Harte Junior High, Washington High School and UCLA.

She met and married Jack Edward Danskin and they raised two children. Their homes were in Westchester, Burbank and in retirement, Casta Del Sol in Mission Viejo. After 66 years of marriage, the husband she adored passed away in 2006.

Ruth is survived by her son, Dennis Danskin and his wife, Kathy; daughter Sheri Ross and her partner, Debi; grandchildren, Heather, Brian and Shannon and nine great-grandchildren, Steven, Mackenna, Parker, Sequoyah, Josh, Maddie, Hailey, Alex, Kaitlin and soon to arrive, Brady.

Ruth and Jack are dancing together again. They both are sorely missed!
