Obituary
Richard W. McCarthy, 80, of Laguna Woods died Sunday October 10, 2004. A resident of Orange County for the past 32 years, Richard worked For McDonnell Douglas as an aerospace and aircraft manager/engineer until he retired after 26 years of employment.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Catherine; his loving daughters Karen McCarthy, Kris Waters and Sheila Knight; his sons Kevin and Sean McCarthy; He is also survived by his sisters Jeanne Doherty, Mary Burke and Carol Van Name.

Dear Aunt Kay and Family, Uncle Dick was a great guy and will be definitly missed by all, especially all of you but also by mother. I pulled out all the old pictures so she could remember the old times. We have many pictures of the family growing up, and plenty of all the trips out west. I’m going to miss my weekend conversations with my uncle, but of course we’ll still have them with you Aunt Kay,,with love and my deepest sympathy your neice Patti
