  1. Papa – we love you so much, and our mortal selfishness has us missing you so much.

We rejoice that your Heavenly time is filled with joy, doing all of the things that bring you peace: a round of golf, sitting with George on that wall in Napili Shores, he with his guitarron, you with your guitar – playing music with a bevy of musical buddies and the choirs of Angels.

Pray for us Papa – as Duane and I carry on for you and the family. I promise to back up until I hear glass, then I’ll pull forward a foot or two.

  2. Mr. Hultin,
For over a year, through pictures shared and stories told, I feel like I have met you in person. Your daughter has honored you completely and fully. And sweet Melissa shares that twinkle that is evident in every picture of you. I’m grateful to Susan for having shared about your love, grace, and gentle nature. What a joy to know that you are safe in the arms of your heavenly Father!
All my love to your family as they continue your legacy.

  3. I love you Daddy. I hope that the moment you arrived at Heaven’s door, that Jesus led you straight to the music room!!

You ran the race, you fought the fight, and the prize is yours. No one deserves that more than you . I don’t know how life will go on without you here on Earth, but you taught me unconditional love and the way you will live on is through me carrying that on. May I love as deeply as you knew how to and make you proud.

One thing that makes me smile is to imagine the moment when God showed you just how many people you were responsible for bringing to Christ with who you are and what you brought to them. I hope that your heart is filled to the brim when you see the multitude of people you touched.

It’s my time to let you go now, and I want you to know your life is a testament to love, and we will never let that die.

I didn’t have the privelege of meeting you in person, but to hear Susan talk I know you were a blessing to everyone around you. A wonderful father, a kind man, a great musician. I’m sure you are praising our Lord with a choir of angels even now, but you will be missed here on earth.

When you have raised a daughter who walks in Grace, it stands to reason that you were and are a man of the Lord.

My condolences to your family-but I rejoice in the release of your Earthly bonds so that you may live with our Father. Well done, good and faithful servant.
