Obituary

Rick’ Richard T. Craven, 60, born in Philadelphia, PA on April 14, 1945 and passed away from complications of Multiple Myeloma on July 1, 2005.

Rick, a Vietnam veteran who proudly served our country as a United States Marine battled courageously with Multiple Myeloma for over six years. He never lost his great sense of humor and will to live.

With his great love for life, he enjoyed sailing, competitive shooting, traveling, helping others and was very supportive of his two sons and their sport activities. He was extremely generous to his family and friends and very dedicated to his work.

Survived and remembered by his wife Rose Craven, children Robert and Ryan Craven, brother Robert E. Craven , constant companion his dog Whiz, and by numerous friends and family whose lives were touched by him.

Thanks Rick, for all the wonderful times we shared. We love you and we miss you, and we will never forget you! You will be forever in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the City of Hope or to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 9, 2005 at 10am at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Rancho Santa Margarita.
