   Rich was a storehouse of inspiration and energy and he affected our lives deeply. We will miss him as we remember working with him at Household and Aames as well as being a friend to each of us.

   To all of the Welding Family my deepest condolences. I first met Rick as a new college grad when he applied for a position at HFC in Pgh.To this day I have contended that Rick was the best hire of my life and based on the tributes herein I was right.Rick possessed all the ethics character and personal charisma you could want in a person.Rick will be sadly missed by friends and family. I was proud to consider him my surrogate son and even more proud of the times he called me dad.My deepest sympathy to all.

   I don’t know the words to express my feelings our family sends it’s love to yours,

   I will be sending a copy of my book “The Millionaire Loan Officer” to your family and one of my DVD’s that in the back of the book holds the great name of “Rick Welding” the one we all love and miss yet that will live on in all of our hearts and minds forever. I remember our talks about his challenges while putting his HP calculator class together on VHS, him in front of that book shelf sounding so confident and the true professional in and out of the office. I’m so very thankful that he blessed my life, and he so loved his family I will miss our talks and his wonderful laugh he will be dearly missed on earth.

   Rick & I worked together prior to his days at Positive SW. I remember he was so anxious to learn about the Call Center World from me and how my sales and service methodologies have been so successful for over 15 years from Mortgage to Hooked on Phonics as we converted our knowledge of the banking world into more successful sales skills to this network world at Tel-O-Net etc. It was I who was learning allot about balance of life work and how to make time for friends and family around our hard work at the office while we sharpened our skills bouncing ideas off one another and his constant positive support of everyone’s good traits.
   A few months ago I thanked Rick for all of his encouragement for me to publish my methods to the public and told him your words of support really rang in my head as a driving force. Others now in the public not just the companies I work with can have a the tools along with hard at work to earn the kind of income that allows balance in our fast paced life style while helping others find balance life as well. Thank you Rick for your friendship and support!
