He was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Virginia Hanson, and by his infant son, David Hanson. He is survived by his wife, Betty Hanson and by his children and grandchildren: Russell and Chinami Hanson, Emma and Louie; and Leslie and Chris Gross, Matthew, Johanna, Sarah and Sam. 'He deeply loved his family.'
