Wilkinson, Richard F. ‘Dick’
July 22, 1931- February 14, 2009

Passed away peacefully on February 14th at Silverado Senior Living in San Juan Capistrano surrounded by family.

A Burbank resident for 63 years, attended St. Robert Bellarmine Elementary School, John Muir Jr. High and Burbank High School. Dick was a member of the 1st Pacific Drum and Bugle Corps during the Korean war and was honorable discharged from the Marines. He owned his own business, R.F. Wilkinson’s Furniture Finishing in West Hollywood for 41 years. Dick retired to Laguna Beach in 1994.

Predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Marion, he is survived by his children and spouses Susan Miller Mark, Judy Dvoracek Joe and Tom Wilkinson Mona, 8 grandchildren, Jacquie & Megan Miller, Lauren, Christopher & Garret Dvoracek, Emilyn, Natalie & Drake Wilkinson; 2 step granddaughters Sarah Miller Morphew & Rachel Miller and his sister Moria Hansen.

Service at St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Burbank on February 26 at 10:00am. Mass will be held in his honor at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, Laguna Beach on Feb. 28 and March 5th at 8:00am.

Donations may be made in Richard’s name to the Alzheimers Association.
