Obituary

Rebecca Lee Rosko Wells was born November 10, 1967 in Elmhurst, Illinois, the fourth daughter of Thomas and Lou Ann Rosko. Her childhood was spent in Illinois, New Jersey, Toronto, and finally California, where she attended USD for her undergraduate studies and USF for her MBA. While working at Alcone Marketing Group she met the love of her life, Ronald Wells. They married in 2000 and enjoyed 13 years of happiness together. Rebecca was a wonderful woman who was always there for others even as she courageously fought breast cancer over the past seven years. Becky was a savvy and talented advertising executive at DGWB, where she was loved and supported by her colleagues throughout her career and illness.

She loved her family unconditionally and enjoyed the time they spent together. She loved to travel, bake, read, garden, listen to music, play with her dog Baxter, and watch soap operas with her sisters.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Ronald Wells and her two sisters Marcia May, Elmhurst, Illinois and Lisa Montgomery, Trabuco Canyon, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Lou Ann Rosko and her sister Christine Redmond. Rebecca is also survived by her 5 nieces, Erin (Redmond) Grunas, Megan May, Lauren(May) DeAngelis, Kelly May, Alexandra Montgomery and her 2 nephews Ryan Redmond and Cole Montgomery.

Visitation services and Rosary will be held at O’Connor Mortuary on Friday, May 24th from 7-9 P.M.

Funeral mass will be held Saturday, May 25th at 12:00P.M. at Saint Nicholas Catholic Church in Laguna Woods.
