  1. Coach Dodge was one of my favorites back in high school. He always had time for me and always challenging me to be my best on and off the court/ field. He was great mentor to many Diablos. RIP coach!

    Susan,

There are many happy memories shown in those pictures. Ray was a handsome guy. I wish I could have known him. There are a lot of loving statements in the guest book. He is remembered by many friends and students.

    Love
    Toni

We just had the 51st reunion for the Class of 70. Coach Dodge’s name came up often as best liked and respected coach at Mission. I was not aware he had passed. Even though I had not seen him in many years upon hearing this news gave me a great sense of loss.
Coach Dodge was an easy going leader of MVHS sports and PE. He coached us well and taught us to do our best. His half time football speeches inspired us even when we didn’t win (which was often in my senior year) but he instilled a love of the game.
Thank you for sharing him with us as kids and leaving us with great memories.
Sincerely, Bill Davis Class of 1970.
