In Loving Memory of Ravindra Trimbak Pradhan

It is with love that we remember Ravindra ‘Ravi’ Trimbak Pradhan, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and cherished friend.

Ravi was born on April 11th, 1932, in Mumbai, on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, to Trimbak and Prabhavati Pradhan.

Ravi got his Bachelor of Commerce from Poddar College at age 19, and his LLB at Government Law College. He worked as an accountant at Greaves Cotton & Company for over 40 years, bringing dedication and integrity to his work. He also nurtured a passion for politics throughout his life, particularly the progress and development of India.

He was a devoted husband to his late, beloved wife, Kunda, and father to two daughters, Swati and Madhura. In 2010, he moved from India to the U.S. to live with family. He shared his zest for life with his family including his sons-in-law (Subodh and Pratap), grandchildren (Poorva, Sachin, Nishaad and Ananya), grandson-in-law (Stefan) and great-grandson (Eshaan).

Beyond family, Ravi gained a large social circle wherever he went. He naturally attracted friends across many generations who were impressed by the combination of his energy, humor and sharp acumen. Ravi was also a devotee of Guruji forming deep connections with Sangat which provided him with inspiration and solace in the past few years.

He passed peacefully on August 19, 2026, surrounded by the family and friends whose lives he touched.
