Obituary

Fouse, Randall Lee, 60, beloved husband of Patti for 38 years, father of Alisa, Aimee and Cari, and Papa to Brandon, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 in Coto de Caza, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Randy was born November 8, 1946 in Akron, OH to Russell and Aldine Fouse.

He served in the United States Navy and graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1970. His career in insurance took him and his family to Phoenix, Denver, Tampa and Chicago before settling in Southern California in 1996. An avid tennis and golf player, Randy is cherished and respected by many friends and colleagues. His loving kindness, positive attitude, integrity, protective spirit, generosity and unwavering devotion to his family are an inspiration to everyone blessed enough to have known and loved him.

He is also survived by his mother Aldine, and sisters Jan and Judy.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 22 at 11am at Presbyterian Church of the Master in Mission Viejo. Burial will follow at Pacific View Memorial Park 3500 Pacific View Dr. Corona Del Mar.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Randy’s honor to the American Cancer Society for gallbladder cancer research.
