Obituary
Loving husband.
Devoted father, brother and friend.
Paul Parviz Assadi lived a life full of happiness. He loved his family and friends, and cared so much about others.
He loved his wife dearly and just recently celebrated 31 years of marriage. A wonderful family man, he always cherished his daughters, valued their achievements, and was there to cheer them up when they needed him.
Music was his passion. He was a drum player at heart, but played some other instruments as well. You could always bet that he was humming a song or making music with whatever was around him, be it a pen, book, etc.
His laughter was contagious, his smile heartfelt. Above anything else, he had a beautiful spirit. He left us too soon. We will miss him a lot, but we will keep him in our hearts forever.

Lisa and Girls~
I have just read the many wonderful entries in Paul’s Guestbook that others that knew and loved Paul wrote.
I’m writing from my heart in the place where Paul has touched so deeply. My emotions are mixed with joy for having had so many years with Paul and sadness for knowing it will be a long time before I see him again.
Paul was a brother to me, we worked together in the same office for at least 14 years and I have known him for 25 years. Rich, Charley, Nellie, Rose, Linda and I were a family; not just coworkers. We felt each others happiness as well as the sorrow.
Paul knew my daughter as a young girl and knew my husband Les. Paul made Les feel comfortable at those work get togethers that spouses usually don’t enjoy going to.
Paul was there for me when my mother and then my sister passed. When the a day wasn’t always going in the right direction. I was there for Paul when he needed to talk or needed help on a project.
The last day I saw Paul was just before he left Target; we went to Starbucks and talked and I knew it was a difficult time for him to make such life changing decision, but supported him as best I could. I was honored to be there for him, as he had been there for me for so many years.
I have many memories and photos of Paul and our office family that I will be sending on to his Lovley Family that he charished so much.
I will miss you my kind and loving friend.

Dearest Aunty Noosheen, Neda and Rana;
I am sorry it has taken so long for me to write to you! I have on one side been so busy and using working as an excuse to put writing to you aside. On the other side I have felt so sad for you all and not knowing what to say. But that was a selfish way to think! I am sorry for this!
I loved how much of a calm person Uncle Parvis was around me; he always made me feel safe and comfortable! I loved his talent with music also. I wish I knew him better!
I want to talk to you all some time on the phone; though I have fear of making you upset. I wish all the best things for you all and know that is what Uncle Parvis would want for you also.
I love and miss my Persian family and do not keep in contact with you all enough! Shame on me!
Uncle Parvis was an honourable man; I need to take a leaf out of his book! It will do me some good. I feel he was a man with a lot of integrity!

It is only now that we find this website in memory of Parviz.
Our most sincere condolences go out to all the Assadi and Nakhshab families.
Especially Parviz immediate family; Nooshin, and daughters’ Neda and Raana. Auntie, and cousins of Daniel
Jared Nakhshab-Dunn; deeply saddened and lost for words.
May Parviz memory live on in your hearts, knowing that Love spans the distance in this world and the next – life everlasting.
