Paul Lowe, 73, was born May 16, 1943 in Yantai, Shandong Provence, China and passed away May 15, 2017 in Newport Beach, California.

An artist who worked in the fashion industry, Paul is survived by his brothers Peter and Phillip Lowe; nieces Starie, Stella, Rani, Erica, Jessica and Amanda; nephews Stephen, Dirk and Brock. He was also a Great-Uncle to many. Paul was preceded in death by his sister Pauline Lowe Christensen.
