He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Loretta Vranes.

Paul graduated from Judge Memorial High School and attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He worked as a project superintendent in commercial construction for 27 years. Paul wished to spend the rest of his life traveling through America in a motor home, even if he wasn’t the best driver. 1. Jeanne, Jamie and Jessica, I am so truly sorry to hear about Paul/your Dad. My heart goes out to you all during this very hard time. I care about each of you and will keep you in my prayers.

  2. Dear Jeanne,
I signed Paul’s guestbook from the Salt Lake Tribune. My fondest memories of Paul are when he would tease you. You rarely let him get away with it. You are such a cute couple. I was widowed in 2006. I feel your hurt. I am so sorry. You and Paul were married a week or so after I married my kids dad, Mark McGill. I remember weekends at Bear Lake. My heart brakes for you. I will keep you in my prayers. You are a strong woman and such a beautiful testament to Paul as a life well lived.

God Bless and hold at this difficult time.
