Pansy Louise
Stafford
May 4, 1908 – January 8, 2010
Pansy Louise Stafford, was born May 4, 1908 and passed away January 8, 2010. No obituary could begin to describe this loving, selfless and beautiful woman. She lived her life as a perfect example of a Godly woman and showed God's love in all that she did and said for 101½ years. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She went to be with the Lord that she loved and worshipped all of her life on Friday night at 8:05pm at Mission Hospital where she was so tenderly and lovingly cared for from the time she arrived there Christmas Eve until her death on January 8. She made homemade pies for the family Christmas Eve dinner. Her mind was so clear and sharp but her little body just started wearing out. Holding her hands when she went to be with the Lord she loved and served so faithfully was her daughter Margaret, son-in-law Lewis and her loving and faithful caregiver Alex. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren surrounded her daily with songs, jokes, stories and scripture, and their presence gave her great joy. She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Ronald. Pansy is survived by her only child Margaret Webb and her husband Lewis of Laguna Hills, CA; granddaughter Karen Armour and her husband Jeff of Laguna Hills, CA; grandson Lewis Webb III and his wife Laura of Durango CO; grandson Jeremy Webb and his wife Megan of Laguna Niguel, CA; 7 great-grandchildren, Amy Anne Armour, Chasen Armour and his wife Lisa, Cortland Armour; Mallory Webb, Sarah Webb, Mckenzie Webb and Madison Webb Pansy was told Christmas Eve that she was going to be a great-great-grandmother in September.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 14 from 5:30-8:00pm at O'Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, CA. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 15 at 10:30am at The Presbyterian Church of the Master, Mission Viejo, CA. A private burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cypress will follow the reception after services.
