Olga Benedetta Rosa Francone, passed away Tuesday, March 21 ^st at her home in Dana Point, California. Olga was born February 8 ^th , 1933 to Francesco and Angela Bruni Campanile in Loseto (Bari), Italy, the youngest of five children.

In her early twenties, Olga immigrated to Canada eventually marrying her husband, Michael Arcangelo Vito Francone, in 1956 in Toronto, Ontario Canada. In 1983, Olga and the family moved to California following Michael’s retirement.

Olga was an incredibly loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Prior to Michael’s death in 2019, they were married for 63 years. She had a passion for cooking and baking. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and enjoyed traveling including many camping trips. A travel highlight included celebrating their 50 ^th wedding anniversary on a cruise joined by many family and friends.

Olga is survived by her daughter, Grace (Craig) Manners; daughter, Frances (Dan) DuPuis; son Vito (Mary) Francone; grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, and Anthony; great grandchildren, Michael, Cameron, Claire, Wren, and Marlow; brother, Guido Campanile, and sister Poldina Piscopo; and numerous nieces and nephews. Olga was preceded in death by her parents, husband Michael, and grandchild Johnny Manners.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 4 ^th at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Mission Viejo, CA at 10:30 am with rosary service beginning at 10am. Burial will follow at Ascension Cemetery in Lake Forest, California.
