Delay, Norman John, 61, was born on July 9, 1946 in Australia and died on August 11, 2007 in Mission Viejo, CA. His is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth; loving son Michael Delay; soon-to-be-daughter-in-law Kelly Boch; and brother Alan Delay. A Memorial Service will be on Thursday, August 16, 2007 ~ 4:00pm at O'Connor Mortuary, Laguna Hills, CA.
