Nancy Fuszard, 84, passed away peacefully Friday, May 6 ^th , 2022.

Born in Menasha, WI to Bernice and Raymond Schoepel, was one of 4 children. Attended St. Mary's Catholic School in Menasha. She moved with her young family to Milwaukee, and then to New York, before settling in Palos Verdes Estates, CA in 1972.

She was a devoted mother and a tireless volunteer to the community, involved for many years with the Special Olympics, Palos Verdes Arboretum, PVE City Disaster Preparedness Council, and a dedicated "petal pusher" for the Torrance Rose Float Association. She was also a volunteer and supporter of the St. Lawrence Martyr Catholic Parish, who arranged for her an audience with Pope John Paul II in Rome.  She will be deeply missed but will forever live on in our hearts and memories.

She is survived by sisters Barbara and Eileen, and brother Gerald, daughter Paula, sons Joe and Pete, many adoring grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She will be laid to rest alongside her Mother and Father at St. Mary's in Menasha. Her wishes were for family to gather in her hometown of Menasha to commemorate her life.
