Nancy attended Ball State University and Indiana University where she attained a Masters in Education. After raising her family in Indiana and Michigan, Nancy moved to Newport Beach California 20 years ago.

Nancy started her career as an educator and administrator in early childhood and ended her career educating and overseeing new teachers at Cal State Fullerton.

Nancy was very active and loved to travel, she was active in the American Cancer Society, OC Barons, Interfaith Hunger Walks, and her church Our Lady Queen of Angels.

Nancy was a wonderful mother, loving wife, proud grandmother and loyal friend. She was a very sweet, kind, humorous, strong, brave and much admired woman. Nancy had an incredible sense of bringing people together. Her family and friends’ lives were greatly touched by having known her.

If anyone is so inclined, the family asks that a donation to the organization that was so meaningful to Nancy, The Orange County American Cancer Society – OC Barons League, 1940 E. 4. To my friend Nancy,we had such fun! We laughed, we shopped for treasure, we met wild & interesting people, we covered most of Newport, we got a puppy, we talked about our families & friends, we laughed some more. You always found the best stuff the “pony” in the pile of junk – & stuffed it into your tiny car, then hid it from Bob at home. You ARE the treasure fun, happy, loving and loved. I miss you. You’ll always be part of me, living securely in my heart. It’s not goodbye. You’re still here. <3

  5. A beautiful person inside and out. It was wonderful being in her company becuase she was always so upbeat and positive. Dave and I will cherish the memories of the times that we all spent together. I will especially think of her on our shared birthday. She will be missed.

    Love, Dave and Claudia
