Nanci Burt Shull passed away on April 2, 2005 at home. She was born on July 25, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas. She grew up in Leawood, Kansas and graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School. Nanci attended Kansas State College Pittsburg, Kansas and Loyola University in Chicago. She was an active member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. Anyone who knew Nanci will always remember her wonderful laugh and her beautiful positive spirit.
Nanci is survived by her husband, Doug Burt; her daughter, Kelley Demas; stepson Chris Burt, his wife Yolanda and their children Gabbie and Alex; stepdaughter Rosanna Cohle and her husband Andy. She is also survived by many close friends as well as her many pets.

    To Nanci’s family:
My prayers go out to you for your loss. Her spirit prevails and she is laughing and enjoying this new experience with the same zest and vibrance that she enjoyed her time with us. I will never forget her laugh and her energy.

I loved Nanci Burt! She made everything look so easy because she was so good at what she did! I will always remember her wickedly funny asides in a meeting and her laugh. Sorry to hear of her passing.
