Obituary

Milton Edward Anderson (Milt), beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend to all passed away after a long illness on December 15, 2017 in Mission Viejo, California. He was born on August 2, 1940 in Rahway, New Jersey to Johanna Agnes and Milton Anderson.
Milt grew up in Cranford, New Jersey and graduated from Cranford High School in 1958 and attended Seton Hall after that. He proudly served in the US Army for 2 years and was stationed in Germany. Milt had a 25 year industrious career with Economics Laboratory/Benckiser
in consumer sales. Through work promotions, he and his family moved from Cranford, New Jersey in 1979 to Geneva, Illinois and subsequently to Lake Forest, California in 1982.
Milt married Jeanie McNab on December 7, 1968. They had three children, Carrie, Jennifer, and Brian. He was a devoted husband and father and was able to enjoy his family even more after his early retirement in 1994. Many of these retirement years were spent happily on the golf course. Milt became a Marshall and a regular at Shorecliffs and Talega golf courses in San Clemente. He also loved to play tennis, go fishing, play cards and spend time with friends. Milt’s sense of humor is legendary and he was always telling great stories and jokes and making everyone laugh.
Milt is survived by his wife Jeanie, children Carrie, Jennifer & Brian, grandchildren Brittany, Tiago, Nico, Bennett and great-grandchild Reese, and so many other family members and friends. He was everyone’s favorite uncle and all his nieces and nephews lovingly refer to him as “Uncle Milty”. Milt built his life around his family and friends and his deep love, strength and awesome personality and sense of humor will be forever missed.
