December 17th 1939 – January 17th 2013

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Merlin McKee passed away in San Juan Capistrano, where he has raised his children and lived for over 30 years.

Born in San Antonio, Texas to Merlin Finley McKee Sr. and Daltress Pelsue along with brothers Vaun and Garry. Served in the Navy, then went on to get his teaching credential from Cal State Fullerton. He taught 4th grade at Valencia Elementary School in Laguna Hills for 30 years. He was a dedicated teacher, creative and engaging. He loved nature and was a fun and friendly man.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Linda, his two children Sean and Shannon and his 3 grandchildren. Gone but never forgotten.

Memorial services will be held at O'Connor Mortuary in Laguna Hills at 10:00 on February 8th.
