Jean was one of the nicest, most sincere people I have ever had the chance to know. She treated me like part of the family for the 30 years I knew her. She never faltered in either her grace or her kindness. Those traits made her the wonderful person she was and the person I admired immensely. I will think of her often as I try to instill those same traits in the young people in my family. While we never may reach her level of humanity, it is certainly the most worthy of goals. God bless you Jean and my sincere condolences to the entire Tackes extended family.

  4. Dear Jeanie,,
Our last conversation on the phone will always be memorable for me. We talked for quite awhile going over our family issues, our health, making comments that made us laugh and worry at the same time! I have always regretted that we didn’t live closer to each other”because you were always my best friend, my confidant, my
Soul mate”-I miss you so much my beloved sister! Sincerely, Judy

I was privileged to have met such a special person, even we met only a few times, I could always feel her lovableness.
I’ll never forget her visit at my home in Germany when she and Ralph joined my birthday party, it was such an honor!
Moreover, she was the best shopper ever, I still wear a lot of the clothes she did select for me!
Mein herzliches Beileid fuer die ganze Familie Tackes.
