Our dear mother, Maureen Ann Romaine, of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 89 in Laguna Hills, CA. Born August 14, 1934, in Inglewood, CA. Maureen was the only daughter of Reilly and Mary McKernan.

Maureen was a wonderful loving Mother, Grandmother, and friend who was loved by all who met her including her college friends, St Barbra’s ladies lunch group, her UPS friends, and her San Francisco Solano Catholic Church “55 & Better” group and the entire parish community.

Maureen is survived by her brothers Brian and Dennis McKernan, her four children and their spouses, Mark Romaine (Kim), Monica Evans (Michael), Maura Condon (Kerry), and Matthew Romaine (Louise). Maureen is also survived by her eight grandchildren (Donovan, Kasey, Keegan, Trevor, Kilian, Kallan, Taylor, and Kiley).

Our Mother will be greatly missed but we find peace and comfort knowing she is where she worked to be her entire life, HEAVEN.
