Obituary

Our beautiful mother passed away peacefully the afternoon of Tuesday, October 29th at Hoag Irvine from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Our hearts are broken. Our mom was kind, generous, refined and always smiling.

She loved her family and friends and is survived by her brother James View and his wife Terri, her daughter Amy Doyle, her son, James Doyle, her daughter Anne Grey and her husband, David. She will always be in our hearts.

A funeral mass in her honor followed by a reception in the courtyard will take place on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 10:00AM at Santiago de Compostela Catholic Church in Lake Forest, California.

  1. The last time I saw your mom we had stopped by after a Mater Dei football game and my son Adam was with us. Later, I tried to explain to him how special she was!! Loving and accepting, she always made me laugh and had the most beautuful smile!! Anne & Amy, there is so much of her in you both! I know how sad you must be – I’m praying for you both!     To my dear Mary;
    It is the most difficult thing to bid farewell to an earthly Angel. It was an honor to share work and to see your beautiful smile. I became wiser because of your smart advice and guidance my precious friend. May you be with the Lord in his eternal Peace.
    Much love, Ti Spreen

  3. Although I never got to meet her or any of you in person, “meeting” your mom and corresponding with her daily was truly a blessing. She was always so positive, accepting of everyone, and understanding. I will miss her greatly and treasure her friendship always. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
