It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Petzold announce her passing on Wednesday, September 3rd to go home to be with the Lord. Mary was born in Mayfield, Kentucky on June 6, 1907, daughter of John and Harriett Cunningham. She married Benjamin Petzold on September 29, 1926.

Mary was loved by all her family and we will miss her so very much. She is survived by her daughters, Marqua Jean Duncan and her husband, Paul; Nancy Elaine Sedillo; and son, James Frederick Petzold. Mary leaves 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at O’Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA. Burial will be at Sawtelle Veteran’s Cemetery in Los Angeles.
