  1. For over a 100 years with a sharp mind, quick wit and compassionate heart she encouraged and sustained her family and many friends.
Her smile and her sense of humor was her calling card.
She will be remembered for her kindness and generously, her loving spirit and her enormous heart.
To know her was to love her.
Till we meet again mom and will never forget you.
Our time together was filled with my love for you.

  2. Grandma was truly the best Grandma you could ever wish for. I remember in my early years when we lived in Whittier I couldn’t wait to go visit
her at work at the bakery, she always had cookies for me. When my family moved to Colorado when I was 13 she knew how much I missed her and one summer she flew me to Calif byself, my 1st plane ride and I stayed in the yellow bedroom with a canopy bed, she made me feel like a princess.
Grandma & Aunt Betty,Uncle Johnny & my 3 cousins John, Mary & Joanne showed me what unconditional love is.
Grandma was always there for me up close and from afar.
I miss you Grandma & you took a piece of my heart with you.
    Rest in peace now.
I will always love you. Thank You for 61 years of beautiful memories & loving me unconditionally.

I have so many terrific memories of my grandmother! I remember the time, with 2 of my friends walking all the way to her house, cutting through orange groves, to go swimming. We were about 13 or so. We show up, she did that great laugh, and started frying chicken while we went swimming. Grandpa drove us home.
I had my own room at her house when I was little. As an adult, she kept my secrets, gave me sage advice, or just listened when I needed an ear.
Grandma was my friend and my biggest cheerleader. She loved us so much and always told us so.
How did I get so lucky?

    Thanks, Grandma.
    You’re forever in my heart.

I remember my Gramma’s Smile, she was always there to give a lending hand. I don’t remember this part I was to little but Gramma loved to tell me this story. One morning she was feeding me oat meal, Grandpa was on my left and Gramma on my right, I was in a high chair. I looked to Gramma with one of those faces this is terrible Gramma I took the bowl of Oat meal and turned it upside down on Grandpa’s head, Gramma couldn’t stop laughing. I Love You and I will miss you Gramma, give Grandpa,Dad,Mick,Rick and everyone else up there in Heaven a Big Hug for me. God Bless You Gramma

  5. My greatest memories of Grandma, oh my goodness where do I start? Saving the plastic eggs from the “Leggs” Panyhose for an Easter egg hunt. Getting too name the cars every time they bought a new one. She was the only one who would buy me “Lucky Charms cereal even though I only ate the marshmellows. Teaching me how to play gin rummy 3 of something 3 of something 4 of something. Making a list of all the Grand kids names for Easter so she could have our names written on a chocolate egg. Dining at the Brown Derby with Edward G. Robinson. Chocolate marble ice cream.Purple booties every year for Christmas one year they even included a matching afghan! DISNEYLAND!! collecting a quarter every time she would say “gives it”teaching me how to crochet,SHE cried when I got my measle shot!and said she wished she could of taken it for me.Me tooShe would surprise me after school and pick me up and take me to her house for a few days which meant she would drive and pick me up everyday to school! The way she introduced me as her “Grand daughter. She would say it like I was royalty that made me feel good.Put a built in swimming pool in her back yard so we wouldn’t have to go all the way to the beach. let me put those rollers in your hair when we played beauty parlor.giving me a dollar on Sunday’s to put in the church collection plate. I was truly blessed to have her as my Granny!
