Mary Beebel Marin, 103, passed away peacefully in Whittier, California on April 25th, 2011.

Born February 1st, 1908 in New York, Mary and her husband, John Marin, moved to Mission Viejo in the early '70's. Mary formed many wonderful friendships and remained active within the community and kept busy with friends and family. She was an avid card and Mahjong player and was a member/president of various clubs over the years.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Simondet of Thousand Oaks, her daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Marin of Whittier, as well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, many great- and great-great-nieces and nephews and friends.

Viewing will take place Friday, April 29 11:00-1:00 p.m., followed by Services 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Mary will be interred at Ascension cemetery in El Toro, CA with her husband, John.
