Larry Allison passed away on October 30 after a short illness. It was all too soon.

He is survived by his wife Patricia; his son, Larry Jr and daughter-in-law, Louise; his four brothers, Lew, Brian, Michael, Jack and sister Helene.

Larry will be remembered as a fine and committed newspaper man who lived a full and joyful life.

A memorial service will be held on November 17, 2011, 3:30pm at the Long Beach Convention Center. His friends are all invited.
