Mark Andrew Regan

December 26, 1952 – June 12, 2026

With deep sadness, the family of Mark A. Regan announce his passing on June 12, 2026 in Orange County, California from complications caused by a stroke in December 2023. Mark was born in New York City, and moved to East Northport, NY where he graduated from Commack High School North, followed by his college graduation from SUNY – Geneseo. After living in New York for several years, he ultimately made his home in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Mark was outgoing and independent, and possessed a special interest in sports and music. He followed both with passion, and it was rare that he would not be able to discuss the current news, history, and details in both areas. Mark also had a gift and an interest in meeting and connecting with people, often having them become fast friends. His gift of finding the best in people and making the most of every situation was admirable, and Mark was genuinely happy in life, seeking meaningful conversation and interactions with family and friends. Always an entrepreneur, Mark made a living working in different trades throughout his lifetime.

Mark loved his family most of all, and is survived by his beloved son Keith, his daughter-in-law, Ciara, and his two beautiful and talented grandchildren of Pittsburgh, PA. He also leaves behind his five siblings and their spouses, several nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins and their extended families. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Marguerite (Duffy) and Gerard Regan of California.
