Marie Tortorice, 66, of Murrieta, CA, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011, in Laguna Hills, CA. surrounded by her loved ones.
Marie was born March 4, 1944, in Brooklyn NY, to Edward and Mary Davis.
Marie is survived by her daughter Carole Tortorice Omel and her husband Todd Omel; son Tommy and wife Mia Tortorice; her grandchildren, James Palmer, Taylor Tortorice, Alec Omel, and Christa Tortorice; her mother, Mary Davis; and her sisters Rita Picone and twin Carole Davis.

My Dearest Cousin Marie,
I can’t find the words to express the sadness I feel in my heart. I love you so much and will always remember our many years together. I think of you and Rita and Carole as my sisters. That’s how close I have always felt to you all. What I remember about you now Marie, is your smile and your laugh. I love you my dear cousin. You are forever in my heart and my prayers. Be happy with my dear Uncle Ed and my Mom. I know they were waiting to welcome you with open arms. My dear Aunt Mary, I pray that you will have some consolation in knowing that she is no longer suffering, but bathing in the warmth and comfort of our Lord’s embrace. I love you all very much.
