Maria Mercedes Rossel Cuadros "Meche"
September 24, 1958 – October 30, 2023

Maria Mercedes Rossel Cuadros, known to many as "Meche", passed away on October 30, 2023. Born in Peru, she made Orange County, California, her home after immigrating to the U.S. in 2001.

She was the beloved wife of Jose Luis Mendoza Beltran "Pipo" and the proud mother of Ximena Mendoza Rossel and Jose Luis Mendoza Rossel.

Sewing was a passion of Meche's, and she was known for her skill and creativity.

Throughout her life, Meche faced and fought breast cancer with resilience and courage. Her strength and determination in this battle inspired many around her.

Meche's influence extended beyond her immediate family. She was a valued figure to her siblings, nieces, and nephews, known for her wisdom and guidance.

A memorial service will be held on November 7th at 2 pm at O'Connor Mortuary in Laguna Hills. Those wishing to send flowers, especially lilies, orchids, and roses, can do so by November 6th before 4 pm.
