  2. Mom loved listening to music played by her children. She would also listen to German music while working in the house. The older German music reminded her of the good things in life and the beautiful countryside in Germany. I have a lot to thank mom for from her German heritage, stories and travels together in Europe.

I enjoyed mom’s German cooking and baking. Some of my favorite dishes were Dumplings, red cabbage and Roladen. Her baking was phenomenal and some of my favorites were cream puffs, Pineapple snowball cake and streuselkuchen.

I will miss you dearly mom.
    I love you,
    Martin
