Obituary

Margaret E. Walsh (Carville) passed in comfort in her sleep at Saddleback Hospital September 16, 2025 at the age of 93 after complications from a fall at her home late August. She is survived by her son Michael Walsh.

A resident of Laguna Woods since 2007, Margaret volunteered at St. Nicholas Catholic Church and Saddleback Hospital for many years, she also volunteered at Sharp Cabrillo Hospital in San Diego prior to moving to Laguna Woods. Born in Illinois, she lived in San Diego since the 1960’s working for AT&T and as an office manager for several small businesses prior to retirement in the mid 1990’s.

A memorial mass will take place at St Nicholas Church in Laguna Woods at Noon on Saturday October 4^th with a viewing beginning at 11 am. An interment ceremony for family and friends will take place in San Diego at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
