Obituary

Marcelino “Tatay” Del Mundo, a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, and faithful servant of God, peacefully passed away on December 8, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born in the Philippines, Tatay lived a life rooted in faith, humility, and quiet strength. He was known for his unwavering dedication to his family, his generosity toward others, and his deep trust in God’s will. A man of few words but great wisdom, he led by example—through hard work, patience, and prayer.

Tatay found joy in simple moments: sharing meals with loved ones, offering guidance to his children, and being present for his family in both joyful and difficult times. His love was steady, sacrificial, and unconditional—values he passed on to generations.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Fely, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Though we grieve his passing, we take comfort in our faith that he has returned to our Heavenly Father and is now at peace.

Services will include a prayer service and Mass in the United States, followed by his repatriation to the Philippines, where he will be laid to rest according to his wishes.
