Malcolm Mike Guleserian passed away on May 31, 2026 at the age of 82. His wife of 53 years, Monica Guleserian, predeceased him on December 8, 2025; they had one adopted son Robert L. Guleserian.

Malcolm was a Vietnam Veteran and had 90 units of pre-medical education before he joined the Los Angeles Police Department and later the Huntington Beach Police Department. Upon his retirement from law enforcement, he attended Western State College of Law school and worked in the District Attorney’s office. Afterwards, he touched countless lives as a criminal defense attorney.

Malcolm considered most people to be friends, he had a gift for seeing the big picture and knowing the right and fair thing to do. There are a great many people who will miss his advice, kindness and friendship. He left a legacy of compassion and dedication toward helping others. He will live forever in our hearts.
