Muir Jr. (Linda); his daughter, Patricia Ann Owen (Greg); his brother, Alan Muir (Diane); six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Lynn proudly served his country as a Navy Seabee, and his community serving on several commissions and advisory boards.
He was a devoted father who enjoyed supporting his children in sports and sharing vacations with them. Lynn and Juanita loved traveling together and visiting many countries. Along the way, he often collected palm seeds, nurturing his lifelong interest in palm trees.
A memorial service will be held on November 14, 2026, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 28291 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.
