Lyle Lee Pardonnet Jr. (Lee) 76, of Dana Point, California, passed away on May 15, 2026. He lived a life defined by hard work, devotion to family, a joyful spirit and unconditional love.

Lee was born on February 3, 1950 and raised in Flushing, Michigan. After college he moved his family to Flagstaff, Arizona before returning to Flint, Michigan. For the past 43 years, California was his home, where he built a life centered on faith, family, and friendship.

Lee was a respected businessman and a remarkable example of perseverance, working his way from janitor to President of Kellermeyer Building Services through dedication and determination. He was involved in the LDS Church and was known for his kindness, leadership, and unwavering love for those around him.

He found happiness in traveling, riding his motorcycle, collecting vintage cars, golfing, walking his dog, enjoying breakfast at the Harbor House, and weekly family dinners. Those who knew Lee will especially remember his belief that life should always include “dessert first.”

Above all, Lee cherished his family and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and hard-earned success that will continue to inspire all who knew him.

He is survived by his children Debi, Justin (Sandra), Kim, Misty (Tammy), Sandy, Sunshine (Tony), and his grandchildren Christopher Sr., Michael, Alexis, Justin Jr., Camille, Sarah, Danielle, Jaden, Hope his eight great grandchildren, his sisters Nancy (Phil), Barbara (Gene), Peggy, his numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and his beloved dog Zoey. He was preceded in death by his parents Lyle Sr. and Joann Pardonnet and his wife Janice Pardonnet.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 21 at 2 pm at O’Connor Mortuary Chapel, 25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hilla, CA 92653.
